i just wanted to tell you how much we thoroughly enjoyed hairspray last night! considering we had 3 kids who were all starting to complain that they didn't want to go, they were ALL 3 bowled over by the greatness of the play. it was so awesome, i had to keep telling myself these are high school kids. i know i initially bawked at the price of the children's tickets because that's what they cost for professional theater companies, but i have to say, the performance of hairspray was way better than many professional shows that i've seen. the singing was superb, as was the dancing, the choreography, and the casting --- it was amazing how the "actors" pulled off some pretty complex characters, and did it impeccably. in hopes that there are a few seats remaining for next weekend, i'll be highly recommending the show to friends!!! thanks again for helping us get our tickets.
"I saw Hairspray last night and it knocked my socks off: Phenomenal! Congrats !
Do you have more tickets??"
